MOUNTAIN SECTION

Radnor Forest – 18 October 2008 for 2 nights, places may still be available. Based at the Burton Hotel in Kington, the cost of £135 includes transport, b&b & dinner, packed lunches not included. Reservations, with non-refundable deposit of £20, to be received a.s.a.p. & balance by 18 September, 2008.

SW Coast Path – Saturday 7 March 2009 for 3 nights. The Bude Haven hotel, Bude, has an early-season 3-night package, giving the opportunity to explore the SW coast path & inland routes. The cost of £155 includes transport, b&b & dinner, packed lunches are not included. Reservations, with non-refundable deposit of £20, to be received by 30 September & balance by 31 January 2009.
Painting course (making up the course numbers with locals) is a possible option for the stay at Bude while others walk – please enquire from Lynda Ledger.

Members of the Mountain Section may also like to join us, whilst recognising the days away will be at a more leisurely pace & with less ascent. Muncaster – 23 April 2009 for 4 nights. Return to Muncaster Country Guest House, nestling between the Irish Sea & the Cumbrian Fells. The cost of £247 includes transport, b&b & dinner. Packed lunches are not included. Members of the Mountain Section may also like to join us, whilst recognising the days away will be at a more leisurely pace & with less ascent.
