YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU!

We are a thriving club with good numbers turning out for walks and a steady stream of new members joining us. However, this can only continue if enough volunteers are willing to lead walks and, just as importantly, help run the club by joining the committee. Following January’s annual meeting, we still have vacancies for a publicity officer, whose job is to make sure the wider public are kept informed our walks and events, and two general committee members. Anyone wishing to offer their services can be co-opted onto the committee during the current year before offering themselves for election at the next agm. So if you’re willing to take on one of these roles or, in the first instance, would just like to discuss what’s involved, please tell the chairman, John Ledger, or any other committee member.
